Kling review (2026)
Last updated .
Our verdict
Kling is Kuaishou's AI video and image generator. Kling 4.0 launched fully on October 15, 2026, with MCP and CLI access. Strengths: a budget-friendly way to get dynamic, good-looking motion. Weaknesses: at launch, 10-bit HDR output and developer API access were still listed as coming soon. Reviewers also flag commercial-use terms you should read carefully. We haven't verified pricing on Kling's own page. Use it if you want affordable, high-quality video clips. Skip it if you need clear commercial rights for client work; Runway is safer.
