Replit review (2026)
Last updated .
Our verdict
Replit lets you describe an app or website and have its agent build and deploy it, all in the browser. Strengths: no local setup, building and hosting in one place, and a Core plan at $20/mo ($18/mo annually) that includes credit toward stronger models. Weaknesses: we couldn't confirm the free tier's details on the pricing page, and usage-based costs can add up on bigger projects. Use it if you want to go from idea to live app without installing anything. Skip it if you prefer working locally with your own tools and hosting.
